ASSESSMENT
$75
A one-on-one assessment is required for all new clients before we can begin training. This detailed 60-75 minute session will give us the information we need in order to best help you meet your fitness and performance goals.
If you’re unsure whether to sign up for group or private training, we can also discuss your options and help you decide what is best.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
from $30/SESSION
Choose between our Athletes Program or our Adult Fitness Program for personalized training that is conducted in a small group setting 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.
PERSONAL TRAINING
FROM $45/HOUR
For those who aren’t comfortable in a group setting or may need more intensive help from a coach, our personal training option may be the best choice for you.

BUDDY SESSIONS
Reserve an hour with one of our trainers for you and one or two of your friends.
$75/person
ONE-ON-ONE
One of our expert trainers will work with you, and only you, for the full hour.

We are open Monday through Saturday for personal training and buddy sessions, by appointment only. You can find the schedule for our small group sessions (Semi-Private Training) on the Training page.

Following the assessment, we'll create a dedicated workout plan that aligns with your fitness goals. This plan becomes the roadmap for your fitness journey in the coming months, ensuring a structured and effective approach to achieving your objectives.
We offer the flexibility of choosing between semi-private sessions for a team experience or one-on-one sessions for a more individualized approach. Regardless of your choice, each option is personalized to meet your specific fitness goals.
