We are open Monday through Saturday for personal training and buddy sessions, by appointment only. You can find the schedule for our small group sessions (Semi-Private Training) on the Training page.

The assessment is a foundational step to create a individualized plan for your fitness journey. It ensures that our trainers have the necessary insights to design a program that aligns with your goals, making it a crucial and required part of the process.

During the assessment, our experienced trainers will discuss your fitness objectives, assess your current fitness level, and address any concerns.

Following the assessment, we'll create a dedicated workout plan that aligns with your fitness goals. This plan becomes the roadmap for your fitness journey in the coming months, ensuring a structured and effective approach to achieving your objectives.

We offer the flexibility of choosing between semi-private sessions for a team experience or one-on-one sessions for a more individualized approach. Regardless of your choice, each option is personalized to meet your specific fitness goals.

Yes! Clients can choose our Semi-Private monthly packages with 1, 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

Monthly rates are:

1x a week - $140/month

2x a week - $270/month

3x a week - $390/month

4x a week - $510/month

If your schedule is busy and you don’t want to commit to a monthly program, we also offer session-to-session drop-in rates at $40/session. (Monthly members can always add additional sessions “a la carte” for $30 per session.)

Absolutely! Monthly members have the flexibility to add extra sessions "a la carte" for $30 per session, allowing for personalized adjustments to their training routine.

Referring a friend is easy! If your friend signs up for our training services, just send us a message and let us know. You will receive a discounted month of training as a token of our appreciation for your referral.

We understand that circumstances may change. There is no penalty for canceling or pausing your membership. Please notify us before the next billing cycle to ensure smooth processing.

Certainly! If your fitness needs change, you can adjust your monthly package to better suit your goals. Simply reach out to our team, and we'll assist you in making the necessary adjustments.

Certainly! We understand that preferences and goals may evolve. You can transition between semi-private and one-on-one sessions based on your changing needs and fitness objectives. Training always involves an ongoing conversation about your needs and goals, and we will always work with you!
